Your CSB has a very unique system built in to help you get support if you need it. If you have a problem, we can help you much easier and faster if you follow our recommendations.

First, go to the </> Advanced page in your black. Copy the link from the Send diagnostic log files to BLACK Support item. Paste that into your browser address bar.

Before you hit enter, replace the “you@domain.com” at the end of the string with your email address. Then hit ENTER.

This will automatically send us a collection of relevant log files and settings that are extremely helpful for diagnosing problems of all kinds.

Then immediately visit our tech support page at https://cybersitter.black/support/. Please complete the online form and give us the details of the problem. You can attach screenshots there too if needed.

We will get back to you within 24 hours, and usually it is within a few hours. In many cases, we are even able to push out updates overnight if needed so you won't have to do a thing.
